It's amazing to me that albino's can live as long as they do. Let's face it, they don't exactly blend into their surroundings....

I just noticed the same thing. Maybe this one is kin to the all black deer?:eek: Those eyes aren't pink. Pretty cool either way though.

Thats not a Albino. Its a white deer. Look at the nose and eye's they would be pink if it as a true Albino. I remember reading that a Airforce base somewhere has a lot of these white deer.

It is illegal to shoot an all white deer here in IL and that's how the law is stated. It doesn't say albino it says an "all white deer". I wounder if this deer would be legal or illegal considering it's not actually an albino and it's not actually all white. It's nose is black.

We have a herd of all white deer here in Seneca County. They are not protected except the ones that stay on the old Army depot. They do allow a lottery hunt on the depot (50 people, I think). I usually have one or two all whites that frequent our back field. I shot one last year, but it was not pure white like most.
