Skunked!
Cold and windy, I had this image of the deer curled up in some thick cover somewhere nice and toastywhile I was shivering not reallysureif my toes were still intact and the deer were saying to each other"Sowho has a brain the size of a pear now!":D

new- i've got to tell ya this has been the worst hunting season i've ever been throw it's like there 's nothing out there worth shooting at i hade 2 doe's and a buck come threw i mean his rack was so small i couldn't see it untill he got out in the frield .

:(My season ended today and it was a real stinker. I never even drew my bow this year. Lots of practice and no deer to harvest. New Jersey at it's worst.

Went out again to day seen 11 doe's not a buck in sight hunted till1;oo could not make it out this evening raining to hard.
