mel johnson...dont you mean milo hansen
No, The Hansen buck was killed with a rifle, it's a B&C record, we're talking P&Y. The Hansen buck is the larger but not a P&Y record.

I have heard on reliable info that there was a typical 14 pointer killed in Clark county that will score between 205 and 210"'s during last weeks gun season

WHAT A BEAST!! Man that's a big animal! And I think the kid that shot him is 22-years old. Good for him.

Bigtim, gross means total-inches and net is total after deductions.

Pope and Young and Boone and Crocket don't recognize anything with a gross score. The net score is all that matters to them. The net score is the final score after the deductions are takenfrom the gross total. Its kinda funny how some people on here always says gross score instead of net score, don't make much sense to me because there's not such a thing as a gross score in the books!

Count me among those that always want the gross score, as that is the true indicator of the amount of bone on a deer's head. I never understood or agreed with B&C's and P&Y's infatuation with symmetry.
