I'm sure glad I live in northern Mn. Granted most jobs are $10/hr, but I just added another 160 acres to the 320 I already have and only paid $625 an acre. If I'd bought the whole 640, it'd only beeb $500 and acre. Taz

If its got timber that can be sold, that $3K/acre can be recouped some and you've given your property some sweet bedding areas.
