one proplem my understanding is that if it does not belong to you it is stealing even if it is on privit land

i would take it to the cops there hold it for two weeks then give it back to you or call them and ask what you can and can not do

NO,it is not stealing.I left the stand and went through the proper channels,(making sure it doesn't belong)if the sob doesn't have permission,he forfeits his stand PERIOD.

Not like it would be hard to get permission here,just ask.:eek:

I agree, "Trespassers Beware....Leaving your stand on someone elses property equals forfeiting your stand!!!"

I agree TFOX, if a stand is on my property, it's got to be mine or why else would it be there. ;)

Let the trespasser come and beg for it back...lol

People have abandoned quality stands where I hunt. There are a few that are now grown into the tree, they have been there over ten years!
Must be some rich people!
