Drives me crazy!
 

Been hunting this new property this year that no one has hunted for years. Does everywhere so I knew that there would be a buck in there eventually worth shooting. As I expected I saw a beautiful 10 point in there Wednesday night but couldnt get a shot. Problem is I had to work Thurs and Fri and rifle season opened here in Mo this weekend. Land owner doesnt like rifle hunters although he lets me hunt with a bow. I am the only one that hunts there so I hope the buck stays in this area and doesnt wander onto the leased ground around him.
Any of you guys hunt with a bow during rifle season? Am sitting here on my day off trying to decide to go after him with a bow or go somewhere else and use my rifle and hope he hangs around till next week.

If that piece of property is decent sized and he doesn't allow rifle hunting, that's where I'd be. The deer will be looking for a safe sanctuary away from the gun pressure.
