I got a 300lb buck in Alberta last year. I'm not sure what his dressed weight was. He's my biggest so far.:)

Here's a pic of her. She had some darker hair, but the restwas grey! The pic doesn't do justice...we dubbed her "gma-doe". Saw her nearly a ½ mile acrossed an open field in the snow with about 10 other deer. I thought it was a buck from the size of the body until they got closer. The group of deer ran right to me, shot her @ 15 yards...perfect shot..and shewent 100 yards and tipped over. She ran 20 yards, then walked like nothing happened...I thought I missed...lol

BTW, I'm 5'9" 145lbs..to get a visual scale.

Last year I took a 119lb doe which was my first mature doe. My biggest buck weighed 150lbs field dressed as a 1.5 year old.

Both of these were archery kills.

Thanks everyone with your replies. I was more interested in the weights of the doe's then the bucks. I person always here's stories of big bucks, its nice to see or here stories about some big old doe's too!
