BIL relents, I'm hunting the bottom.
 

My BIL called and told me he has rethought the matter. As long as he is not in there I can hunt in the bottom. Next year we will share the bottom and the foodplots we will plant together on the rest of the property. My stands will be at least 300 yds from his and I won't hunt on days the wind isn't right for down there. I'm pretty happy we reached a peaceful solution.

That's good to hear, Greg. Maybe he was just afraid you weren't getting "clean" enough. Maybe thought you'd hunt a bad wind. At least it's worked out, amicably.

Glad to hear that Tx. It sounded a bit childish of him from the beginning of the whole story. Since he's your BIL I guess he's married to your sister? Maybe he told her about your request and she help talk him into his change or heart? Either way, glad to hear things are settled for you!
