So I decide that i was gonna take a chance and hope i might get another chance at the buc i been seeing. But my lovely neighbor decides to wait until 2 days before season to sight in what sounded like a 300 mag. yea right even if he did come in he would be walking on eggshells and i wouldn't be able to move a single inch. so i decide to not even go out. guess i'll have to try and get him opening morning of rifle. would have loved to get him with my bow but oh well.

Never know my lease the guy shoots above their backs with a 30-06 and it don't scare them!

i'm hoping his shooting will have just drove them back onto me. i have not allowed any firearm hunting on my land for the last 3 years. and the deer know this. in one afternoon i saw 7 deer in an hour and fifteen minutes.4 being bucks and 1 being a definite shooter with 2 more possibles.

I would go back now. I shot a buck once, early morning, as I was drawing the bow about 30 12 ga shot rang out in the field behind me!!! Early goose season!! The deer and myself were only about 60 yds from the field, point is, the deer never flintched, until a muzzy 4 blade bustedin both his lungs.
