MT SPORT
Hi im an 13 year old male.
Looking for a first time hunting bow. I was looking in a magizine at the banshee when i came across a Mt sport for $650 australian and i thought i may as well pay the extra $200 and get a bow which you can adjust the draw weight from 40-80 pounds. What are you thoughts on this matter. Thanks |
RE: MT SPORT
I am 19 years old and I have a 2002 Hoyt MT Sport with ZR200 Limbs and the VersaCam. I love it. Its a great bow. What I would say though is go out and shoot as many bows in your price range as possible and see which one feels the best for you, then buy it. Don't look at the specs, these are JUST NUMBERS. What really counts is how well the bow works for YOU!
Also, Welcome to the boards, enjoy yourself, and get ready to learn alot from these guys. Good Luck This Season: Buck Magnet ![]() Check out my hunting PICS here http://community.webshots.com/user/buckmagnet |
RE: MT SPORT
My friend is 15, and he has shot the MT Sport for the past 2 or 3 years. He is very accurate with it, it is fairly fast, quiet, and from the few times I have shot it, very forgiving. Just test whatever bows you can and make your decision on how comfortable you are shooting it.

RE: MT SPORT
Bought my MT Sport back in 2001... I simply love it!!! Took 2 deer in 2001 with it... unfortunately, didn't take any in 2002...
