How many of you actually get to hunt during the week?
 

I get off of school at 3:45 and the sun goes down at 5:30. My lease is about an hour away so i can never go. By the time i drive home and get my stuff i cant make it. So what about yall, do yall go?

Fortunately my university schedule is different everyday, so 3 days of the week i can make it out for evening hunts. I also have Fridays off so i usually hunt all day. I dont usually do morning hunts during the week because i cant stay awake in class after getting up at 4:30.

this season i was lucky enough to beable to hunt 6 days a week if i wanted...

realistically, tue and thur i have class till 315 and didnt find any good spots CLOSE to campus, so i didnt hunt those days..but hunted mon, wed, fri and all day saturday...i am done with class at 11 on MWF..so it worked nicely...

last fall was awesome...i cant remember my schedule, but i know i had fridays off...and didnt have class till 6pm mondays...

every fall is different for me being in college, and college comes first...there were days i had "time" to hunt but didnt due to work or studying that comes first...but im usually lucky enough to beable to get out a good bit...

i hunted during the week for most of october, but then i temporarly moved out of state so i can only hunt when i go back home. i miss my bow and my camo.

Yea I've always been able to work something with my job that I could hunt before or after it during the week. During high school I hunted everyday afterwards. College I found palces close to campus I could walk to(I went to a rural school for a few years) Then when I was in college in the city I had one day off completely to get an extra hunting day in. I find ways to spend time in the woods.

I haven't hunted but 3 Saturdays this year! No hunting on Sundays! I've been out 30+ times! I do almost all my hunting during the week!!

Ahhhh... the beauty of being self-employed!!

If I get done with work early I'll come home, change clothes and walk out to the stand. I can go from parking my work car to my stand in 20 minutes.

My school gets out around 2:45, so i can get out for a good 2 hours after school.

I try to schedule vacation days for hunting. I try to pick the days I feel will be most productive and write myself off for them. I have a pretty relaxed workplace and it slows down this time of year, so if I picked a wrong day and it rains or something I'll just work that day instead and pick a different day to go out.

As a retired State Police Officer, I have been hunting about 2 1/2days per week since Oct 1st. I have exclusive use of one of three farms that I have permission to hunt. While they are about 1.5 hours away from my house I am fortunatethat one of these farmsis owned by a friend who has an empty farm house there that is fully furnished and I stay there when I hunt.
I also have a large fiberglass cap on my truck and sleep on a cot in the bed when I hunt the other farms.

I am very fortunate to be able to hunt every day of the week. Its a beautiful thing!

I always take the month of nov. off so I pretty much hunt as much as I want during that time. My job as a fireman permits me to hunt a lot when I'm not on vac. also.

It was easier before the time change. Now, I have to take a couple hours off in the morning or afternoon to hunt. (Not that I have a problem with that!)

whenever my wife lets me now, shes been a huntin widow for a month now shes a gettin lil pissed. ol well she will get over it.

I try to go out one afternoon a week, I work at school so they are pretty flexible. But this daylight savings is killing me. I don't get out of class until 2, so I have to fight the traffic to get off campus and hopefully I'm in the tree by 3:30. Last week when the sun set at 6 it wasn't bad., but this week won't be as good

I go at least twice during the week and on sat. Next week I will be able to hunt every afternoon and then all day sat!!!!!

I usally take the last two weeks of bow season off.

I've only been able to hunt two weekends so far, it will be three this upcoming weekend. Next year I will try and find some land closer to campus, but until then, I'm stuck to getting rides home.

If I take a couple of vacation days adjacent to a weekend like next week and am willing to drive five hours to my lease, one way, I can hunt during the week.
