Has anyone seen chasing in Missouri? If so around what area do you live? Thanks

I think it is getting ready to hit full swing. We saw quite a few new scrapes over the weekend. I also saw a nice 120+ 8 pointer standing in a field with a group of does less than 50 yards off the road this morning. He didn't even run off when I stopped the truck for a better look. There is only one thing that makes the big boysdo things that foolish!

Thats what I like to hear. I hunt Central 20 miles south ofJefferson City and havent seen a lot of action in the field, but a lot of roadkill. That means its time. Cant wait for the rifle opener this weekend, will bow hunt hard before then also.:D Good luck MO

Sorry, forgot about the location. SEMO is heating up!!

Do any of you Northern MO guys have any outfitters/guides you could recommend? The bucks down here just don't grow quite as big as they do up there. I have been wanting to head up to the northern part of the state for a couple of years, but just havent' gotten around to it yet. Looking for something that wouldn't completely bust my budget if you know what I mean!!
