Took away my evening hunts. And hunting in the morning is impossible. Leave the house at 5 in the morning and don't get home until 4 in the evenings during the weekday. Have short Fridays to work, but thats the day I have my daughter while the wife works. So now its Saturday only, and I only have two more of those until the rifle season comes in. And then it nothing but trespassers.

Bad, I hate it. I have to get up earlier to make it to my stand site in the morning (God forbid if I went to bed earlier).

The governor of Indiana ramrodded DST through a couple of years ago with much opposition - both politcal and public.

I HATE IT!!!!!!!!

I hate that it doesn't get dark until after 10:00PM in the summer, then we 'fall back' and gets dark at 5:00 PM in the winter.
Ben Franklin got DST backwards. If you want to screw with you clocks, then you should make it get dark later in the winter!

It does make hunting in the evenings after work nearly impossible.Glad I got mine Friday evening before the time change!

Just remember, deer don't observe DST. They are on their own time.

I don't mind it too much. I can't hunt before or after work anymore. But, Tuesdays and Thursdays are my days I have class, so now I can hunt the mornings longer and I don't have to wait as long for my evening hunts.

It's bad for me too. I'm an 8-5er so I used to be able to get to a spot after work and hunt the last hour or so of light. Now, it'll be too dark in the evening and I'd have to be getting out at prime time in the mornings.

DST is just a plain stupid and totally inconvenient idea, this isn't the oil lamp days or the 1940s. So I got up one hour earliers and added an hour of daylight, I still turned lights on to see and DST is supposedly an energy saving measure. Waste of time in my book.

It takes away Afternoon hunts for me when i'm working day turns. Keep in mind we just came off of daylight savings time. We are back to standard time. Daylight savings time actually got you some afternoon hunts you wouldn't have got otherwise!
