RE: simmons broadheads

Jeez, I wouldn't stay away from the 190 grain head. Why? Last year, I used the Stos 145 grain two bladed head with a 43 grain insert with great success. This year, I am moving back to a 150 grain Magnus with a 35 grain insert - total weight is around 190 grain (including expoxy). My FOC is right around 12.5%, which is right where I like it. BTW, I'm shooting a Parker Feather Mag II at 70 pounds. Grains per pound pulled is at 10.

RE: simmons broadheads

I've always had better accuracy with 2 blade heads as opposed to 3 blade . Although I have not tryed simmons they seem similar to magnus only slightly larger in cutting surface and I have had great sucess with magnus heads and they fly very well .

We all have different oppinions , if we did'nt the world would be a BORING place
