This was acrtually covered in F&S last year. I know guys who do this with a golf cart. This video cuts off short. Look closely and you'll notice the hind legs were not scored and cut around (the skin) The skin will never make it over the rear hooves. Had the tape continued the deer would have been ripped in half. I know this cuz I did it 2 weeks ago. Live and learn.

The way this is done is to loosen the skin around the neck and shoulders and tie in a golf ball or stone tightly. The other end to the truck. This can also be done with the deer flat and head tied to a tree. You MUST cut the skin up each leg and around the knee/elbow for it to work.

Dr Andy is 1005 correct, and it is a very fast and clean way to skin a deer. I use a winch on a 4 wheeler. Works great and saves time.
