Should I rattle?

I was maybe going to try some rattling in the morning, but all I have is a little rattle bag. I never really like using them but my horns are back home.Do you believe they sound good enough to be worth a tryor could it more likely"scare off"a big buck?

I used a rattling bag yesterday with two different sounding grunts an called in a spike to fifteen yards and although i let him walk it was exciting. so yeah rattling bags do work and yeah you should rattle.

RE: Should I rattle?

I made my own rattle bag, the wife sewed up some mossy oak and I cut some dowels I had. Sure got the attention of a spike, would have shot him but we have a points restriction here in MO.

I agre with mohunter, I don't want to get shot for carrying around antlers.
