RE: One pin sight?
I shot an Impact cosmic sight for two years and it was a good sight had no problems with it! Only reason i switched was that i wanted something different. LOL:D

RE: One pin sight?
I use a tru-glo 3 pin but I took 2 pins off so it is now a single pin. I am zeroed at 20 yards so I am good from 10-35. I usually dont take shots over 20yds when hunting. I shoot 10-40 when practicing though. You will need a bow with good speed if you don't want to worry about a lot of arrow drop when you get up there in yardage.

RE: One pin sight?
I use a cobra single pin. It's nice and bright. I set is for twenty yrds and shoot out to thirty pretty darn good. I practice from all heights and angles. More practice = More confidence! You'll find your own comfort zone.
Good luck! Crutch |

is there an advantage to a single pin sight?

RE: One pin sight?
I like the Impact cosmic head, Its on a Toxonics slider sight, something I put together and really like. Ive shot single pin for years, and now I cant hardly shoot a multiple pin sight. I have mine marked from 20/30/40/50, and usually leave it about 25 yards while Im in the treestand, if the yardage is more than 5 yards different then that, its just a simple thumb push. I love it.
