Hunting Journals?

What do you keep track on in yours? Location, wind direction , temp., date, etc?

Do you just write it down, us a computer, or print it off and write on it?

I look forward to hearing your replies, as I think hunting journals really help all hunters in general...

Hunt safe!

RE: Hunting Journals?

I keep an online journal on another hunting website I am on. I think a journals page would be a major hit on this site...

I also keep written records in a folder.

I print them off of www.huntinglog.com and keep them in a folder. It records barometric pressure, temp, weather conditions, sightings, etc.

It's a good resource to have if you want to pattern deer movements from past hunts. I'm interested in seeing what the results are at the end of the season.

I use a date book. After every hunt i record date, location, deer seen, temperature, wind direction and speed and anything else i feel relevant.
