Default 137 lb. Doe

I hunted Sunday from what I believed to be a hot spot, major deer crossing area. This is the 5th or 6th time I hunted it. Haven't seen a deer in there yet. I decided to move to the top of the ridge looking down on the Grand River and to my left side a dried up creek bed with some major trails. I get my climber on a good tree and realize, I have no saw with me. So, I put on all my leafy wear and only get up 8 feet. I figured I could use this as a scouting night to watch the deer movement out of the creekbed. I was in my stand about an hour, the wind in my face pretty hard (10-15 mph) figuring the deer would be coming from in front of me (wrong again) I have a yearling come in behind me and pass by at less than 5 yards, then another one, and finally a large doe. She doesn't wind me or just didn't care as she trots up, I come to full draw, find my mark, grunt her to a stop and send an arrow at her at 3 yards. I watch it go through her as she fled back in the direction she came from only to make it 25 yards before going down.
I sat there a bit before getting down, (although, I should of stayed up there the rest of the evening) and retrieving my trophy. I dressed her out and started my drag and knew she was a bit on the heavy side. It took me almost 3 hours to get her to the trailer. When I got her home I weighed her at 137 lbs. Not a bad size girl, IMO, and 100% sure this is the biggest doe I have ever taken...............

I will post a couple pics from my office later.
