Germ, i still love the camo...rocked the heavy set again today...boy do i love that...i had gadgets in every pocket on that coat:D cant wait for flintlock season...still hunting in the snow in that suit will be awesome...quiet, warm AND waterproof...

captains log 10-29-07

hunted today from about 3-dark..sat on an oak ridge ive never hunted here at school, but walked through 100000 times..windy as could be...spotted 1 deer cruising through at about 540 100yds down the ridge..byt the body language and way it was cruising id bet it was a buck. not long later, i look to the right and 50yds away is another deer...got to watch a nice little 6pt for about 20 minutes..maybe my new hotspot...

i never knew deer could lick that portion of their body that hides under their tail....i know dogs can...but im pretty sure mine can only do that laying down...but then again hes 20lbs over weight...

do you think if my dog wasnt over weight he could lick his butt like that 6pt did??

NOTE to self...dont let deer give you kisses...they can and do lick their own butts...
