Spotlighting in Il.

Does anyone know if you can spotlight in Il. If you do not have any weapons in the truck? It was legal in up-state NY. Lots of fun !!!!!

Sorry in Illinois it is illegal, plus that is not a challange to me. Give the deer a fair chance.

Not sure, but im almost positive you can go spotlight in wisconsin if you have no weapons in the truck, you just have to stop by like 9:00

Its also legal in MN under some circumstances. I don't do it, though.

Thanks, no spotlighting for me, it is a lot of fun this time of the year. Almost as much fun as hunting. Had some great times in NY over the last 15 years. It is not legal in SC, I do miss it though. Was hoping going up north maybe it would be OK. It is not legal in OH. and I am glad, with a crossbow many big bucks could be killed.

Thanks again for the info. Well good luck, I am gone in a few hours.
