Need advice...
Ok, last night when lowering my bow down it got caught up in the rope and a branch, I had to pull the bow back up and it got all tanlged in the rope. Last night when I got home I got shot it a couple of times under the flood light, cuz Im crazy like that, and I hit bulls eye on the last shot. Today, I shot in the light and almost every shot went about an inch to inch 1/2 to left. My question is, what should I do? I mean I have been acurate and Im thinking that I maybe holding the bow differently now for some reason, because about evry 3 or 4 shots it is dead center. I shoot with a kisser and a peep. How can I tell what is going on? I know this a rookie question coming from a veteran bowhunter, but I need help !!!

RE: Need advice...
Thanks guys, I will shoot again before I move anything, I really didn't pull it that hard or drop it, if anything moved it may be the rest, phantom drop away, not real happy with it>>>>>>

RE: Need advice...
i would go to a bow shop and see what they say then have them watch u shot it and see if anything is wrong with it

RE: Need advice...
Make sure it isn't the arrows. Maybe you are hitting well with a good arrow.

RE: Need advice...
I shot a few different arrows and they all flew pretty much the same, to the left about an 1 1/2. I moved the sight over and it seemed to shoot more accurate, but every once in a while I would shoot to the left. I must be favoring this side for some reason.

ORIGINAL: mohunter82 Sounds to me like torque. when i started my bigest problem turned out to be my GRIP. Make yourself shoot with and open hand, and let your sling do its job. Dont grab the bow for any reason. You should practice this way to insure you are not torqueing. I always let my arrow hitbefore I grab my bow. Dont go changing things until you are sure its not your form. I also like to mark my equipment after i get it all set, that way I can look at my marks to see if anything gets thrown off. I mark my cam time, rest set, pins, ect. ect. |

I dont shoot with a sling. should I??
