Where's MOBOW's Deer?
 

Ok, wasn't on the net yesterday evening or today until now. I got on here to see MOBOW's Buck because I know he had to have dropped on by now. But I did a search and don't see anything. What's up with that?

Well, I met him last night, just as he was getting down here to hunt a farm of his buddies, he should have had a good day to hunt today, but where theyre at, theres no cell service, and no internet, so I doubt if we hear anything until hes back on Sunday, Unless he comes to town, or possibly calls me to tell me news. Hopefully he will score on one. hes in a good spot, and having great weather, and the bucks are really starting to work.

Ok more than 24 hours have passed and still no word from MOBOW. Either he was unsuccessful or the bucks are out in the woods having their way with him. I can see it now....there on a stumpare two oldbucks with no teeth playing dueling banjos and a big ole monster holding Mobow down saying "Squeal like a doe!"...

I will not rest (figuratively speaking of course) until we know the results of MOBOW's hunt.

Well since MOBOW hasn't responded yet, I have a really bad feeling that instead of MOBOW mounting a buck, the bucks have mounted MOBOW and he's now seeking counselling.

I posted a thread last evening (sunday) with the specifics......No, I didn't get one....but not because the opportunity wasn't there. I was caught napping on one.....a 110-115 inch 8 point snuck in on me when I was watching squirrels do.......Well, what germ saw 2 people doing a while back.....:eek:

Anyway, he walked right through my lane at 25 yards, but was out of it before I could do anything about it.

Later that same day, a smaller 8 point (but still would have had a funeral procession in the back of mobow's truck) stepped out at......25 yards.....Limb covering his vitals, couldn't shoot. (ya'll hearing these excuses....? They are all trademarked, and not to be used w/out the express written consent of mobow inc)......

LATER that same day.....small spike steps into view....No excuse needed here, I just wasn't gonna shoot Rob's buck like that....:D

heck looks like i wasnt the only one that didn't connect this weekend.
