I thought about that in bed later that night and I wonder if maybe a buck was chasing them. It's just so hard not to shoot when you've hunted 12 times and seen just3 deer. And it's standing 20 yards and broadside. Know what I mean? Next time in that situation I'll wait to see if a buck is chasing. That dang trigger finger was real itchy after the season I've had LOL! :D

Good going! My freezer is getting a little low in the corner my wife allows me for game. I'd have shot him, too.
