Alot of nice bucks are killed between 10 am and 2 pm during the prerut and rut. If you can get out before daylight and stay all day, that would be best. But if you can't get out until 9 or 10, I'd still go. You never know this time of year. Anything can happen.

JUST DO IT! However I do likemidday hunts depending on the weather. Cloudy and cool can't go wrong this time of year!
