granola bars, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, nuts (pistachio or walnuts) and a couple doses of an herbal energy supplement with just a little caffeine in it. And water. Lots of water, especially if it's hot outside. Sometimes I bring a camo thermos with black tea in it if it's cold outside.

i take a half gallon of water which for me gets me about 4 to 6 hours of drinking i drink only water and alot of it about 1 gallon to 2 gallons a day
i have taken three differnt meals with me this year a lunch meat sandwich
chicken salad sandwich and fried egg sandwich

Crow... because if I'm sitting there all day I failed.[&:] For something to do I carry some candy, granola and waters. Wait, I carry that stuff all the time. Doesn't matter if it's all day or for 3 or 4 hours. I always carry the same stuff and travel light, well semi light. Every month or so I throw them out because I haven't eaten them and they're beat up.

Jerky, snickers, reese p cups, an apple or two, and usually when there is gonna be a few guys around camp I cook a ham up a few days before said hunt for to make sandwiches out of. Also, one mountain dew, one water, one life water

OK I packed up some of the stuff suggested and I'm off for a full day. fianlly got some good hunting weatherhere in NW Pa. Wish me luck...
