New Bow

RE: New Bow
I got a new Bowtach Diamond Black Ice and made my first kill this morning. It sat at 65 lbs and shooting a 400 axis arrow with 85 grian thunderheads arrow wieght is 400 grains. At 25 yard the arrow blowed through her fast and stuck in the ground about 6 to 7 inch and only went about 50 yards. I realy like my new Black Ice fast, quit and easy to shoot.

RE: New Bow
Best bow is the one that fits you the best. As for bands, its hard to go wrong. Hoyt, Mathew, PSE, bowtec, Martin, Darton, Pearson, etc. etc.. Best thing to do is go to a bow shop and shoot a few. Have someone there who knows bows to help you with the fit. Good luck

Like everyone else says try them all out.The only thing i really suggest is buy the one you really want and not the one that is almost as good and is cheaper. Cause chances are you will really get into bowhunting and shooting your bow and you will end up buying the better more expensive bow anyway in the next year. Then you are out more money than if you would of just bought it in the first place. Thats what happened to me. Enjoy it and have fun and welcome to a new and expensive addiction.
