the biggest deer i passed on this year was the second biggest deer ive ever seen. it was just not bright enough to shoot so i had to pass and same thing next day with a big buck and havent seen either since and that was over a month ago

I've passed on two one 8 point in the picture and had a nice wide 6 point with no G1's at 10 yards under my stand last night fllowing 4 does.

I've passed the same 4 point twice now. Once as he was moving through my shootig lane at about 37 yards and once directly in front of me at about 23 yards. The only other buck Ive seen while hunting was jumped by a dog/coyote (not sure which) and circled three times above my foodplot. He was a better buck, I think, but never really saw him that well.

A spotted button buck is the only one that has gotten/will get passed. Still tryin to get my first bow buck, so they are all fair game!

WOW... why would you pass on somethingthat unique Rob? I think Cabela's would pay big bucks for a deer with 3 points on one side and 14 on the other!

I passed on a shot opportunity on a very high-racked 6 pointer .... I'm itchin' to kill something bad .... if boss buck doesn't show tomorrow night or Saturday, I'll be looking to shoot a fat doe ....
