I got this deer December 4th. I was invited to go on a all expenses paid hunting trip to Texas. It was unbelievable. The property was 30,0000 achers and no fences.It was all free range. The deer were in rut and it was a blast. I rattled a 8 point in at morning stand but knew there was this 11 point out there.I saw him the day before but he did not present a shot. This was not a guided hunt. This was a ranchers property.I have seen those hunting shows were they sit there and like 20 P&Y bucks are all around. It was not like that this was not a hunt club.The rancher gave us an idea were to hunt but that was it.Lucky for me the experienced guys gave me a run down on were to go. It was the last day and I was getting nervous cause I was not seeing anything. I was rattling at the end of the day and was able to attract this one at 25 yards and I shot and he pilled up 40 later in a bush.It was the most exciting hunt ever.Talk about being shaky! WOW
