Well, it'sbeen a pretty interesting week. I found out I have a ruptured disc in my neck, which has kept me from shooting too much. But, I dropped my poundage and am shooting fine. I got a steroid injection today and actually feel pretty good. I checked the game cam and look what shows up. I'm pretty sure he's the drop tine buck from last year. I know he's very mature, but give me an estimate on the rack. It's times like this that makes me glad I won an auction which gives me an extra buck tag this year. Game on.






Yahoooooo!!!!!! But I think I have to leave for Nashville early in the morning.

IF you have to go to Nashville and I leave now, I could probably be there by tomorrow evening in time to take care of that buck with the non-typical rack so he ain't hogging all the food in the feeder.:eek: Just let me know buddy, and I'm there to help.:D

That is a gorgeous buck and I just cannot understand when someone wants to show a picture that someone else has to be offtopic and bring up the feeder or hunting over it etc....

7 x typical sides are very rare..add in the Shazamm dagger... and that pig of a body.. beautiful hoss there..

So you figure he's there starting to keep tabs on the local does Kelly or for the feed itself.. I'd bet hes starting to make a few rounds checking doe groups..

Troy, I think he's trailed the does in. I've got 15 - 20 using the feeder daily. I suspect he's getting an early start. Poor guy. :D

Ya know, I often wonder what bucks in this mountain country out here would do ifbaiting was legal.. I bet I would get bucks on trail cameras come this time of the year on...that I have never seen before in this big country..

Tfox...the League of KY sportsman were given a KDFWR commissioner's tag, which allows the owner to harvest an extra buck. I think they issued 6 total and I won the one off ebay from LKS. I tagged out early with my regular tag and just had some extra cash in the bank and knowing I had the whole season in front of me, so what the heck. I didn't get to hunt this morning, but saw him bedded around 10 am still on the farm. You snooze, you loose.
