25-30 mile an hour winds, tornado warnings, worst day of hunting ever. missed a 170 class deer at 30 yards!!!

It was pretty nasty here a little bit ago.I lost power last night and my internet was gone this morning.

Sorry about the deer but I wouldn't have been in a tree tonight,my life is a little more important than a deer.[8D]

Sorry but these 2 things contardict each other!

You had a 170 buck at 30 yards...That would never be a bad day in my book!

The big boys were on the move in some less than good weather last night in Kentucky, I was hunting over a food plot and had a 140" 10 pointer and a deer that i wouldn't want to guess the score of come in just a little to late. They didn't seem to mind the wind near as bad as I did......... Bad day doesn't= missing a 170" deer. Get him next time!!!!

At least you saw one, I've never personally seen deer out in that high a wind.
