I am a Tool & Die Maker. The company I work for makes parts for Caterpillar.

I am seriously thinking about looking for a new job tho. The family that owns the business is a wreck. The old man is almost 80 and senile, his one son has been in Alcahol Rehab 5 times in the last 1 1/2 years and the other son only works when he feels like it. Which isn't very often. Everyone that works there is fed up with them, and ready to quit.

SOOOOOOO, is there anybody in the St. Louis area that needs a Tool & Die Maker?

I may even consider changing careers. I am going to explore my options.
