Wisconsin Archery Tags
 

I wasreading in a Wisconisn Sportsman News Paper that my father in law gets and a gentleman from Nekoosa wrote letterof confusion about the Wisconsin Archery Tags. He was confused that the DNR eliminated the either or tag and replaced it with a buck only tag. This is partly true. Yes they got rid of the either or tag for archery. But they also added an extra tag, Archery Antlerless Tag along with the free HRZ/EAB tag. The archery antlerless tag can only be used during archery season and the HRZ/EAB can be filled during archery and gun. Im not sure why he was confused about it, if people would look at their tags they would understand how it all works now. Its not confusing.

CWD area's choose any tagging method.

Just have to be aware of which tag you use in which zone. I hunt the CWD areas, HEZ & HRZ, which are all earn a buck, and up north I hunt the HCZ. How's that for confusing.
