They definitely look like two different bucks by the pics. Would need a better look to decide to ytake either.

Antlers aside the first pic looks more like a mature buck and the second looks like a youngster. Different view of dark pics can be decieving so I'd need a better look.

Whoops, just noticed the time interval between both pics. Assuming it IS the same buck, I'd let him grow. Those missing brow tines may besimply broken off

I would deffientyl take it was that would be my second buck ever.

And getting a buck a ltitle bigger each year is a great achievment for young kids and adults.

I would definitely shoot that deer. For me it would be the best deer of my career, plus withthe limited amount of time I have in the woods I will only pass a deer if I already have meat in the freezer and if I knew there was a better deer in my woods. But even then I still would probably sling an arrow.

It's all relative. In my woods, yes I'd take him and be proud, but at another place I hunt from time to time I'd let him walk, especially if I thought he'd survive until next year.

If it's two different bucks, I'd shoot them both

To me he looks like a pretty good 2.5 year old. I would definitely take him in NJ,and he would be an on stand decision in PA. He looks pretty good so he'd be hard to pass up.
