My poor seat!!!

Have you guys ever had a porcupine eat your seat on your treestand? Last year he started on it and this year he finished it off!! I stopped at Menards on the way home from the hunt tonight and they had some on sale for 29 bucks so I picked one up. Ibought the same kind last year and they have a double ratchet strap system securing it to the tree and a thick foam seat you can take with you when you leave. At least I know one porcupine that wont be eating anyone elses seat!

no but i did forget to bring my seat to my stand this morning and had to walk all the way back

We dont have porcupines around here. But I had squirrels eat my seat this year. Lets just say I plan to shoot some squirrels this year. :D
