My stand tonight
 

This is one of the properties I hunt in my subdivision.

A view from my stand. Lots of acorns in the yard.I hunted Wed, night on the other side of the shed and saw 6 deer come out just to the right in the pic and they walked right in front of the tree I am in.


A pic to my left, where the deer went Wed, night. 25 yards to the corner.

Behind me the thick stuff where they bed.

I could hunt here all night!!:DIf it was legal.
No deer tonight.:(

Maybe you could coral one into that shed....He shouldn't be able to get away from you then....:D

At least you have some acorns around...I haven't seen a one yet...

I will be in IL tomorrow. My chances are better there.:)

I'm up at 4:30, too, JM.....good luck. I'll walk to the same stand I was in this morning. I was only there for a short time, today.....and I think it's a good spot (obviously was, once).

It all depends on which direction it runs. That is why I wait for perfect shots and shoot 2" dia. broadheads. I see most of them fall. And most of my neighbors are cool with me hunting there. The don't like the deer eating all of their flowers.:)

Well I amwatching the kids while mama is out with the girls. I did get the new Avril CD to listen too, man I have issues, but I dig this chick.

Love the stand JM, I have come to love these little fingers around my suburban development. People walking their dogs, cutting grass, doing their every day activities, all the while I'm 80 yards from them perched in a tree. Good luck in your pursuits.
