Sounds like a tough one. I can see why you are ticked. Some people have no sense of decency. Most
people that have any sense and are new to a property try not to interfere with the people already there.
Anyway, 60 acres is plenty for 2 hunters but your concerns about scent, burning out the area,
etc. are right on. There's a good chance with all that activity (just putting up the new stand - now 3
in one area!) that the mature deer are just going to avoid that area.
One solution is after killing a deer on that stand, let him have that area (since it probably won't be
that great anyway) and then find another spot and tell him that is your spot. Not the best solution,
but its not the best situation.
