Rage customer service??

I got the last pack of rages today at my bowshop and on one of the heads the blades were not machined properly or something becaus it had a metal shaving attatched to it and was kinda dull and missing i chunk on the edge (in other words, "wasnt very smooth") So do yall have any experience with there customer service should i call them and see if they will send me a couple of replacement blades?

i know that the field logic has very good customer service on the glen del bucks and the blocks, so would assume it is the same.

So may I ask why a broadhead target company, in no way affiliated with Rocky Mountain/Rage, would have anything to do with their customer service? :eek:

Call them and see, only way to find out. As far as they are behind with everyone, I wouldn't plan on seeing anythign soon.
