I hate my trail cam!!!
 

I hate my trail cam. Its a Wildview Extreme2. The problem is I have nice pictures of the woods but no deer in the photos. It seems that the motion detecting does not activate the camera fast enough. I even walked past it and it missed me too. I have it aimed down a trail to try to help it but still nothing.

Who makes a good trail cam that’s not going to break the bank? Also Im not looking for night photos so I don’t need infrared. I am just trying to see when the deer are coming through and if its a buck or doe.

Well (arrowmike0 I hate to tell you this but you get what you pay for. I got 2 cudde backs you wont miss the deer with them thats for sure! Worth the $$

Yeah I'm having issues with one of mine too [:@][:@]. I have a couple Moultrie Gamewatcher 2.1's. One of them works fine the other one is giving me fits. I set them out at two locations that "should have" had similar deer activity. One week later I had over 40 pics with one of them and 2 (me testing it) on the one in question. The one that doesn't seem to be working I set up and tested it by walking in front of it twice. It seemed to work fine. I came back, walked in front of it again and nothing. I got within 5 feet of it and NOTHING!! So it was out there for a week not detecting anything. That was the second time it's happened with this camera.
