When was the last time you bought a new bow?

RE: When was the last time you bought a new bow?
Bows are like cars and computers. The minute you buy one, it is obsolete. I have had the same PSE bow for 6 years and I can get 2" groups at 30 yds from a tree. Why spend the money when what I got works fine?

My first and only new bow was september of last year. Plan to keep shooting it for years to come. Before that, it was a Bear Whitetail II that I got used for an early sixtenth birthday present in summer of 1996. The draw length was too long, and I did not have any instruction (my dad is strictly a rifle hunter), so I couldn't hit squat with it. Therefor, I rarely hunted with it (onoy one or two times).

2003 BowTech Extreme VFT and it's still working fine.
I am thinking about one next year though, but only because I want to drop back to 60 lbs peak weight. I'm getter older and I can feel it.

I voted within the last year but it was used. I bought from a friend of mine that i knew took very good care of it. 2005 AR 31. Beats the heck out of the pseusa spirit bow that i was borrowing from my grandpa.
