Yes to either, right now (Assuming it's a doe fawn).

Why?We have too many does in the herd.

What Gmmat said. I've shot two does this year, one yesterday and one on opening day. Way to many does by me. Its nothing to see 45-50 deer in a field I hunt and not even see a buck. The reason for that. TOO MANY DOES.

The only time that I feel bad when making a good shot on one of the above--Is when the one not shot runs off an don't come back!!!!

I'd shoot the first one that offered a shot.

I won't be choosy with does, this year.

I would shoot the doe, than the fawn I was about 5 seconds from doing so opening day. About this time the does kick the males fawns off.
