204" buck taken in Wis.
 

my dad told me that a 204" buck had been arrowed near big falls in wisconsi, has anybody from wisconsin heard about this kill , yet?? if you have, fill me in on it. sry no pics

That buck in the other picture is not the same buck. The one that scored 202 gross score was a 15 pointer. I hunt in marion, Wi. Right next to Big Falls. 5 min away. 17 year old kid shot one 2 weeks ago. 15 pointer. Wasn't a huge width but it was ungodly massive and tall. The kid's last name is Mengert and he's from Marion, WI. I will post the pics of the buck next week hopefully. I am going home this weekend to hunt and should be able to get my hands on them.

Wanna make a bet it is? He shot it like 5 min from where I hunt in Wisconsin. Gross score was 203 or 204. It's a 15 pointer. It isn't that wide but the tine length is huge. I know for a fact of what it scored so believe whatever but that's how it is.

Heck, call him 80", I'll take that bad boy any day!! Wether he's 50" or 200" its a beauty, especially for being taken in the "if its brown its down" state.

UnlessI could see the rack better to measureit, I couldnt say one way or the other about his size.

Awesome buck! It's hard to tell from the picture, but he obviously has a lot of typ & non-typ points, including a lot we don't see in the picture.

I am just telling him what the truth really is. Don't mean to get angry but I think I know what I am talking about since I know Jeremy Mengert, the 17 year old who shot it and all his family. Just stating the obvious truth.

I don't question the 200" part, man look at the eye guards on that thing, that one has to be atleast 10-11". Nice deer none the less, 160" or 200", it doesn't matter.

Alright but I get angry when I know what I am talking about. It was a gross score of 203 not a net score. Yeah it is a nice buck and congrats to the kid. That's a chance in a lifetime deer!!!

npockat andI work together and he informed of the kill a day or so after the buck was killed. he speaks highly of the kid who shot the buck and he does know the family personally. Npockat is a very respectable guy and is a very truthful guy, theres no reason not to believe him.

This seems somewhat obvious, but nobody has mentioned it, but they were talking about the 11:34 pic, which doesn't look like a 200 inch to me (but what do I know), vs. the 12:50 pic which is very obviously a different deer.

Just so you can all untwist your undergarments.

I second that...I was refering to the first picture, that first pic is NO way 200" or bigger, I'd give youALL of my hunting stuff if you can prove that FIRST deer is over 200", it isn't going to happen. The second is a different story, and why try to confuse people by posting two diffrent pictures?
