Cough Silencer?

Do you have one? Do they work? I had another blown hunt yesterday due to a cough that I just couldn't hold in no matter how hard I tried (which probably made it worse) I'm thinking of buying one, curious if they actually work?

Becareful about waving your arms using it

cuts the cough noise mabey 80% +
