Hey guys on my hoyt trykon the bottom cable serving started to seperate has any one had problems like this with the trykon the dealer Ibought it from actually reserved it for me but if this is gona be a consistenmt thing that is going to be a problem i dont want to have to worry about that thanks in advance

I don't have a Trykon, but I had that happen to my Switchback XT. It is at a point where there is a lot of pressure placed on the string from the cam. I just had that part reserved. I think it cost all of about five bucks. I had the bow for about nine months before I had it done. I figure if I have it reserved once a year, that is not to bad.

I will probably be replaceing the string next year, anyway

I see alot of people get panicked over the serving seperating some around that area. It's not uncommon and there is still adequate serving there to protect the string. If you see any wear at all on the actually string fibers, be concerned, othewise it'll last you the season easily. It's a great recommendation to get your string changed every year or at least every two. You shouldn't need to panick or have great concerns if you adhere to that time frame.

yes he is. The stock Trykon strings basically suck. I think they are FUSE?? PM gibblet for some bucknasty strings.

Yes they are Fuse. I put WC on mine ,but that was before I knew about gibblets strings. Now I'll be buying all mine form him.
