it is opening day and i have to bag plaster and papaer blown insulastion wen i should be in the woods

that sucks

but come thursday i will be in the woods untill seasons over

That sucks. of all things to be doing too...

I'll have to work the best 2 weekends of the year. One is a lottery archery hunt that I didn't get drawn for last year and the other is opening of firearms. haven't worked a weekend since 1997 and i'll do 2 in a row this year. I feel your pain!

Opening day today, and here I am surfin the boards at work... One more hour and I'll be putting on my camoflage for the afternoon stand ;)

What I would give to be out hunting right now rather than sitting at work. It's opening day here in Iowa, and all I keep doing is staring out the window of this job trailer... I think it's about time to go and use the port-a-pottie just to go outside and stretch!! I should be on stand about 2 hours from now though!! I am relieved that the wind is blowing in my favor today for the stand that I want to hunt. Can I go home yet?![:o]

dont feel bad, im at work on the opener and second day, but off for 8 regular scheduled days starting Wed. then it's on ;)

Yep, opening day here in Illinois and I don't plan on getting out till the weekend. No biggie I guess...I waited this long plus we have a pretty long season here in Illinois. I am "itchin" to go though.
