spraying water base scent killer on my bow
 
i was wondering if i should spray my Hunters specialties scent killer spray on my bow to kill any scent i have seen it done on tv but am worryed about rust my bow have never been in the woods and it already ahs rust on my quiver bolts but no where else if i spray it down am i going to open my case up the next day and find rust on a working part

i spray mine all the time and don't have any rust. just don't spray it , then put it back in your case right away, let it dry. it really helps the scent factor. i spray everything, boots, bow, arrows, hat, clothes, pack, release, safety harness, and anything else that would have any scent on it that would spook game. hope i helped

thanks guys i thought if i left it out for my hunting time it should be ok
