Check out this link, and tell me how this would work if you made a pass through shot on a deer[&:]I don't think I would ever use it...[:@]

I use one of those for turkey hunting , they work great but I wouldn't use it for deer hunting.
If you make a bad shot and just wound the deer , you would run out of string before you found the anmial.

There was about 200+ yards of this stuff strung around the property I hunt when we first started hunting it. Couldn't figure out what the hell it was at first, but we assume someone wounded an animal and it made a run for it. I mean this crap was criss-crossedall overlike nobody's business.

i tought about one of those but was to worryed about it getting around a tree and breaking and knocking my arrow off

i am waiting for the arrows with a little gps tracker heck just call homeland sercurity and tell them thedeer are muslim terriores and maybe there send ou some

also what happens if your arrow goes all the way through

it works, used it once 10 years ago though the deer fell within 10 yards...but idont use it anymore....i would say good for youngsters who are not good yet at tracking shot deer

There is a TON of line on one of those spools. I know some guys who use them for hogs. I really don't see what would be so bad with it, it was designed for a reason I guess. I would be afraid that it would snag inside the reel when I shot.
