My wife watches it and I was on the computer in the living room,with the show on behind me.Of course,this got my attention.

Yea... That was BS. They saved the deer by using the electric shock paddles on it, and when they did it, the doe just jumped up on to its hooves and was fine....Kinda funny. But I agree the dad had the right idea.

I Admit It! I watch that show all the time, never missed an episode. It is the only show my wife and I watch together and close to being the only tv I watch all week.

Although that was a stupid part in the episode, the lesson was not.

Let your children be children, don't force them to grow up. My kids would all 100% expect fresh backstrap and jerky come morning. My kids are lucky that way! LOL.

Me and my wife was watching the show I told her I would have treated the deer with a bullet in the head and then the rest would have been in the Freezer waiting to be taste tested

Obviously total BS, a hospital wouldn't let an animal inside.

Now true story,
I have a friend who is a veterinarian. During his training he was at a large animal clinic in a rural area. Him and two other young resident vets were there. A supervising vet is there but only to observe,the three meke all the descisions. Someone brings in a wounded deer,car collision. My buddy says "venison". The other two outvote him so they treat. The deer lingered for two weeks and was finally put down, the two then said, "youcan have your venison" my buddy says " I don't want it now, it's no good".

The supervisor tells the three that my buddy was right all along! And this at an animal hospital.

Screw Grey's Anatomy; House is where its at.:D He would have insulted it, guessed the wrong diagnosis five times, and then told it that it was going to die.

Funny, my wife had in on in the other room. She loves the show, I'd rather have teeth drilled. But I heard that part and wondered what was going on. Wasn't interested enough to ask, and the wife never brought it up. Funny...

HAHA how stupid was that,, after she brought it back to life they put it on a leash and were walking it around. just ridiculous.
