Advice
 
ok my bow is in the shop for limb replacement(Bowtech Samson) because I want the draw weight being 60 lbs and it could only lower to 70 lbs but could go up to 90lbs so I took it thursday or Friday then havent called me yet.. season starts monday I havent shot this bow only when it was 70 lbs and killing my arm, so i kinda wana practice a little before I go lol so what do I do?

1st step is wait for your bow to get done not much more you can do! Chances are it will take a little longer now that its this close to hunting season.

Yup, might take longer, many like you, wait until the season is upon us to get work done.

I live where it is an hour and a half round trip to the nearest place I can practice my bow. I keep my arms in shape by going to the gym, where I do some exercises on one machine that is very similar to drawing a bow (in addition to my"normal" routine). It doesn't help much with aiming, etc., but it does pretty much eliminate the pure physical atrophy part of not being able to shoot your bow, so you can shoot it more times and get more practice in when you get your bow back.
