PENNSYLVAINIA HUNTERS

Due to the recent outbreak of EHD and the killing of 100's of deer in the southwestern part of Pennsylvania. Do you think the states game commision could have been better prepared for such an outbreak or do you think it was unattended dueto for a reason? Let me know what others who hunt this area(s) think about this. Do you think.........
